Operator Certification Exam Prep Workshops

In 2025, NTL Alaska’s water and wastewater operator training offerings are being reduced to a few regularly scheduled classes in Fairbanks. Beginning this year, NTL transferred their regularly scheduled operator training classes in Anchorage to us! We would like to thank Mike and Peggy Pollen for their many years of dedication and expertise – and are happy to see them looking forward to slowing down and enjoying retirement!
Workshops Coming up
• Water Treatment Level 1
March 24-28 at the BP Energy Center in Anchorage
• Water Distribution Levels 1 – 2 April 28-May 2 at the Dimond Hotel in Anchorage
Interested in becoming an instructor? AWWMA is seeking level 3-4 operators, and licensed professional engineers that are interested in working with DEC Operator Certification Program to instruct these 4-day courses. The curriculum is provided, and reimbursement for travel costs and compensation for your time can be discussed!
Check out our Careers Center on our new website for more information!
