Disclaimers and Clauses

COVID CLAUSE

I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless AWWMA and its affiliates, including their respective officers, agents, and volunteers from any claim or cause of action, including all liabilities, penalties, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind, arising out of or relating to exposure to COVID-19. I agree that the foregoing release, discharge and covenants apply even when AWWMA or its affiliate directly or indirectly caused injury, losses, or other harm related to COVID-19, whether by negligent acts or omissions, and whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during or after participation in this event. This release is binding on my heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns.

CANCELLATIONS

Request for cancellation/refund must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the conference. A 25% fee will be applied for requests received prior to April 28. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after that date, due to agreements and guarantees. Fees are forfeited if you are not able to attend the conference and did not request a refund before close of business on April 28.
