The Expo includes an 8’x10′ piped and draped booth, a skirted 6′ table, one chair per registered attendant, plus electricity, and access to the facility’s public Wi-Fi.
Each booth registration will include one full conference pass (should you wish to participate before and after the EXPO). Registration includes optional special events, breakout sessions, receptions, and any conference materials.
Additional booth representatives must register.

TUESDAY
Setup is any time after lunch (the event setup company needs Tuesday morning to pipe/drape for us), but in time for our 4:00-6:00 pm Welcome Reception, Drinking Water Taste and Hydrant Hysteria competitions.
The EXPO opens at 4:00 pm for the reception, and continues all day Wednesday…
WEDNESDAY
Doors open at 7:30 for breakfast, lunch is also included.
There will be a Young Professionals (YP) Reception in the EXPO from 4:30-6:30 Wednesday afternoon, with appetizers and a cash bar… all are welcome!
